General Terms of Engagement

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between Absolute Taste Limited and the User/Client.

1. Delivery Protocol & Perishability

Due to the biological nature of our products, risk passes to the client upon delivery. Our logistics team provides a "Thermal Verification Signature" at the point of handover. Any discrepancy in temperature or quality must be reported immediately. Absolute Taste Limited maintains no liability for products consumed 4 hours after delivery unless stored in appropriate industrial refrigeration.

2. Cancellation & Force Majeure

Cancellations for corporate events must be provided 72 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable due to the sunk costs of high-grade ingredient procurement and labor. Force Majeure events (extreme weather, national emergencies) will result in a service credit but not necessarily a cash refund.

3. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by English Law, our total liability for any singular event shall not exceed 100% of the contract value paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect economic losses or consequential damages arising from service delays.
